Custom Embroidered Hats: In a Nutshell

Wise businesses are always thinking promotionally. And company colors/logos can be an expensive advertising boost when placed on daily-use apparel or items.

Promotional vendors offer custom embroidered hats, mostly along the lines of baseball caps. These are high-quality pieces of headgear that can be used to show off one’s affiliation with a local sports team, college, hobby, or other brand of interest or entertainment.Custom Embroidered Hats: In a Nutshell

  • Adjustable hats have adjustable closures, including plastic snaps, velcro, and cloth or leather sliders. These allow them to adopt a modicum of a “one size fits all” philosophy, making them exceptionally convenient if you don’t necessarily know the size of the head of the person you’re buying for (most people don’t seem to track their friends’ and loved ones’ head sizes, for some reason…).
  • Fitted hats may have a stretchable elastic band to allow for some accommodation, but they are sized specifically according to a standard system of small, medium, large, extra-large, and so on. If you know what fits a person you’re buying for, you’re best off going for a fitted hat for a more secure and comfortable fit.

Whatever your reason for wearing a hat – be it to keep the sun out of your eyes, to look fashionable, or to show off a strongly felt personal association – you want, and deserve, something of the highest quality. You need a hat that’s not going to come apart at the seams, and which can stand up to a certain amount of battering from sun, wind and rain over a period of at least several years. Plus, your custom embroidery needs to accurately reflect the message you’re trying to get across… particularly if you’re collecting hats for the sake of maintaining a collection.

  • Structured hats include a lining, called a “buckram,” which lends a certain support to the hat itself, and allows it to maintain a high, well-defined shape.
  • Unstructured hats lack a supportive lining, resulting in a lower, less prominent profile.

Vendors offer custom embroidered hats made from a variety of materials, such as chino and cotton twill, as well as nylon/polyester blends. Whatever the material you choose for your hat, you can have confidence that it’s the best available, allowing for a durable and comfortable final product which is assembled to the highest quality standards of fabrication.

Our hats come with a variety of possible “looks.” These include “pigment dyed” for a faded look, or “distressed” for a more torn and worn out look. There’s also the “trucker,” which offers a structured front with a mesh back, the poly foam hat, the two-tone hat, the camouflage (ever popular!), denim, and the hi-visibility style… for those who just have to be seen.
